2:30-3:00pm    Get instruments from 133; leave in Commons 2 (Since 133 is the designated ensemble warm-up space, we will not have access to it after 3pm. You must retrieve your instrument and either take it with you or leaveit in the safe LHS-only zone of commons II. There will be responsible people around it all afternoon so it should be safe.

7:00pm    Arrive, get instrument from Comm. 2, Report to gym.  I will take attendance at 7:05. You should have your instruments out and ready to go (Leave cases in gym)

7:10pm    Picture in Commons II.  We will walk down (with our instruments and music) and have our group photo taken in Commons II. 

 7:30pm   Warm Up in 133

 8:00pm   Performance in Auditorium

 8:30pm   Clinic  on stage. We are the last group to perform, meaning we don't have to change locations for the clinic. We'll stay on stage and he'll come to us.

 9:00pm  Gather cases from gym. *

 9:00pm   Awards Ceremony  Volunteers go up to collect plaque/medal. The Award Ceremony shouldn't be much more than a half hour. It's likely to start closer to 9:10 and will probably finish by 9:30. They simply announce the name of each group that performed in the evening (there are maybe 6) and call them up one by one to receive their award.

*You are done with your obligation at 9p.  You may stay for the awards ceremony or go home.
